Shirley Ann Burzynski was born on September 23, 1931 in Houston, Texas and passed away on April 28, 2019 in Tomball, Texas.

She is survived by her sons Ralph Burzynski and his wife Vanessa, Mark Burzynski and his wife Marie. Her grandchildren Matthew Burzynski and his wife Lesley, Mandy Epperson and her husband Brandon, Luke Burzynski, Emily Harrison and her husband Paul, Andrew Burzynski and Aaron Burzynski. The great grandchildren Grady, Austin, Blakely and Hayden.
