Sherry Burts Kimbrell, beloved wife and mother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Willowbrook at the age of 77 surrounded by her family.  She was born on December 15, 1945 in Houston, Texas to Earl Burts and Lois Wishard Burts.

Sherry is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Lois Burts, her brother Eddie Burts and nephew Barry Burts.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband Willard (Kim) Kimbrell, her brother Leonard Burts and his wife Katherine, her son Todd Johnson and his wife Christy, her step sons Kee Kimbrell and his wife Jenny, Paul Kimbrell and his wife Amber, her grandchildren, Amber Kronmiller and her husband Kurt, Adrian and Reis Kimbrell, and her great grandchildren Harper and Cheyenne Flanagan and many other nieces,nephews, other family members and many friends.

Sherry spent her younger years in Tomball, Texas.  Even though Houston was her home, she always considered herself a "Tomball Girl".  Sherry worked for over 30 years between corporate offices and as a realtor with ReMax in the Greater Houston Area.    Once she retired she enjoyed hobbies such as crafting, traveling with her husband Kim, and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sherry was loved by all and she never knew a stranger.  She enjoyed life, family, and friends and always had a smile that would brighten your day. She was kind, fun loving, thoughtful and had a generous heart. Sherry or "Grams" as most people knew her, especially enjoyed Christmas (which was her favorite time of year) with her family and friends.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of those she left behind. She will be dearly missed but not forgotten.
