Sherry Ann Jurischk, age 67, of Spring Texas, passed peacefully on May 1, 2021, surrounded by loved ones.
Sherry was born February 10, 1954, in Wilson, Oklahoma to Roy and Patsy Bailey Vest. She graduated from Spring High School in 1972 and attended Blinn College. She touched thousands of children's lives as a preschool teacher and business manager of Teach A Tot Childcare. Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Bert Wayne Jurischk; her daughter, Kimberly Lupton; sons Kevin Young, Keith Young and wife Becki; stepsons, Jason Jurischk, Adam Jurischk and wife Natalie; her grandchildren, Karissa, Scott, Kaitlyn, Alaina, Tegan, Tanner, Tatum, Kameron, Peyton, Lydia, Alice and Jack; her mom, Patsy Vest; sisters Sue Lynn Vest, Jan Beke and husband Gabor, brother Jay Vest and wife Laura, and her ever-loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Sherry spent her entire life caring for her loved ones. She could be seen in the audience of countless school events or in the stands of each and every sporting event proudly cheering for her kids and grandkids. She was a planner and organizer and no holiday or special occasion would go by without her organizing a fun-filled family get-together. She would drop everything she was doing and drive near or far to help those in need. In Utopia hunting and relaxing on the lake with a fishing pole in hand were two of Sherry's favorite past times. She lived each day to the fullest, laughed until she cried, and loved with all her heart.
As Sherry would say, "It is, what it is!" Live each day as if it's your last, Sherry definitely did!
