Sheri Lynn Parrack, beloved & cherished by all, was born March 19, 1946 and passed away on November 12, 2020 after suffering a stroke one week prior. Sheri was the eldest child of Eulis and Maxine Rosson of Lamesa, Tx.  Sheri married her first love, Bobby Porter and graduated from Lamesa High School in 1964.  While working for Porter Oil Company, owned by her loving in-laws, she gained invaluable experience that led her to working at the Tx DMV in Lubbock, Tx. Sheri also joined American Business Women's Association (ABWA) and learned the empowerment of networking with others. Sheri's second love and marriage to Danny Parrack brought her to Houston in April 1979 and 8 short months later, she founded her business, Texas Motor Transportation Consultants, her greatest professional achievement. Sheri's involvement in ABWA continued and led her to establishing numerous chapters and networks, enriching the lives of fellow businesswomen. She was a mentor, a role model to thousands and made lifelong friendships.  Sheri described her office-staff as a well-oiled machine, allowing her to travel the world with her ABWA sisters.   Sheri also volunteered with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and sponsored hundreds of bright young minds to attend college.  Sheri's brilliant business skills most impacted her daughter, Lisa as she joined TMTC at the age of 16, leading them to a deeply trusted business partnership. Sheri was blessed with hundreds of close friends including her "Lamesa Sisters", a fun-loving group of 10 lifelong friends she grew up with.    Sheri's love for her granddaughters, Kristine and Allison, and her great granddaughter Mikaela was immeasurable. In recent months, Sheri was overjoyed knowing her legacy in business will continue as her granddaughter Kristine joined the family business.  Sheri is proceeded in death by her parents Eulis and Maxine Rosson.  She is survived by daughter Lisa and "favorite son-law-law" Kevin, granddaughters Kristine Brigaitis and husband Christopher, Allison Keith and future husband, Craig Weido, brothers Ronnie Rosson and wife Cheryl, J.D. Rosson and wife Teri and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, plus her pride and joy, great granddaughter Mikaela Brigaitis.  It's truly an impossible task finding the words to encompass all that Sheri meant to her family and friends. Sheri was full of grace and elegance, a true southern lady that touched many lives and will forever be missed.  Sheri, we love you so much and will cherish you always.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to therose.org or houstonfoodbank.org. Visitation will be held 5-8 pm Tuesday November 17 ^th at Klein Funeral Home, Champion Forest.
