Shane DeWitt Dotter, 43, of Mongomery, passed away September 8, 2018. He was born November 29, 1974, in Webster, Texas to Max Dewitt Dotter and Gaye Turner Dotter.
He lived his first years in Clear Lake City, Texas with his father and mother. Later his family relocated to San Antonio, Texas where his only sibling Brandon was born. Shane and Brandon were extremely close and "best buddies".
Shane attended Fine Palms Elementary School in San Antonio for Kindergarten and later his family moved back to Houston in the early 1980's. Shane Graduated high school from Sweetwater Christian School in Houston and later attended Lone Star College. He later worked in his family-owned company Total Wireless, Inc. AT&T retail stores as Vice-President of Operations along with his Brother Brandon. They helped oversee and run the day to day operations of the company.
Shane was married October 25, 2007 to his wife Stacy Molen-Dotter at the Chapel as Ashton Gardens as Invernessin Houston, Texas. His nickname for Stacy was "Sweets".
On June 30, 2011 Sane and Stacy happily welcomed their only child, Sophia Grace Ann, into this world. Shane, Stacy, and Sophia were always happy doing things together.
Shane loves "Texas Hold-Em" and played in the World Series of Poker winning second place in an Oklahoma Tournament.
He is survived by his parents; wife Stacey Molen Dotter; daughter, Sophia Dotter; brother, Brandon Dotter; grandmother, Betty June Dotter; aunts, Martha Gardner, Barbara Dotter, Jackie Ballard, and Betty Dotter; uncles Carey Dotter, and Donnie Dotter; father-in-law, Norman Molen and Robin; mother-in-law, Monica Molen; nieces and nephews, Audrey Dotter, Andrew Dotter, and Jackson Dotter; and numerous cousins.
Shane will be greatly missed by his entire family and all of his friends.
