Samuel Matthew Lopez was born on June 9, 2000 In Houston, TX and passed away on October 23, 2018.

Sammy was a 2018 graduate of Tomball High School, where he was the Varsity Football Manager and the biggest Cougar fan, for four years.

He was enrolled at LSC-Tomball where he was the Men's basketball team manager. Sammy's greatest achievement was earning his Eagle Scout award at Troop 471

Sammy was a happy go lucky boy that never met a stranger. Sammy would brighten a room with that beautiful smile from ear to ear.

His zest for life was infectious.  He will sorely be missed by all that were fortunate enough to be part of his life.

He is survived by parents Johnny and Maricela Lopez, brother John D Lopez,  sisters Laura M Lopez(Rene) and Brianna E Lopez. nieces, Aliyah Jimenez, Desiree Jimenez, Yvette Hernandez and nephew Noah Hernandez, grandmothers Juanita Lopez and Maria Noyola Lara, preceded in death by sister Elizabeth Lopez and grandfathers Fernando Lopez, Jr, and Joel Noyola and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.
