Sammie Ann Butler passed away in Montgomery County on August 31, 2016. She was born July 18, 1933 in Carthage, Texas to Dewey and Cleo Rutherford Walker. Sammie was a District Manager for the telephone company. She is preceded in death by sisters Corrine Shahan and Cindy Studdard. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband Jack Ray Butler, son Robert Butler and wife Cheryl, Granddaughter Carrie Martinez and husband Estavan, grandson Blake Butler and wife Stephanie, great-grandchildren Micah Butler, Sophia Martinez, Emma Martinez and Noah Martinez, brother Buck Walker and sister Eva Koenig, as well as other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1-2pm and funeral service held at 2pm, both Friday 9-2-16 at the Klein Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel at Klein Memorial Park, 9714 FM 2920 Tomball, Texas 77375. Burial will follow at Klein Memorial Park.
