Sally Lakey Blackhall, born on July 15, 1946, in Jasper, Texas, passed away on February 16, 2025, in Cypress, Texas. She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Neil Blackhall; her son, Colin Blackhall, and his wife Shalea Blackhall; Shalea's mother, May, and her brother, Ryan; and Sally's siblings Wayne Baumann, Thomas Baumann, and Caroline Baumann.

Sally was active in numerous organizations, including the Shining Stars Guild, Texas Master Chorale, The Centrum Arts League, Houston Petroleum Auxiliary Council, Champion Forest Garden Club, and the Republican Women committee. She served as Executive Director of Cosara Energy Company, a business she ran alongside her husband for 34 years. Known for her love of the outdoors, Sally enjoyed gardening and tending her yard, and she was an enthusiastic tennis and volleyball player for many years.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (with a viewing at 1:00 p.m.) at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Dr., Spring, TX 77379. Sally's family invites all who knew and loved her to attend and celebrate her life.
