Ruperto "Pert" Rapisura Rosete, 77, of Houston, TX, passed away September 2nd, 2024. He was born September 17, 1946, in Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, Philippines to the late Castor and Esmeralda Rosete.

He is survived by his, daughter, Christina; son, Ojmar; granddaughters Isabelle and Zoe; and sister Nemia along with nieces and nephews living around the world.

Including his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Socorro "Sukie".

Pert graduated from Far Eastern University with a degree in Accounting. After immigrating to the United States in 1973, Pert met his wife Sukie. They married in 1975 and settled in Houston, TX. He worked as Controller for automotive dealerships in and around Texas. Pert enjoyed retirement with his son's dog Frances and his granddaughters Isabelle and Zoe.

Serving as pallbearers are Joshua Morrow, Paolo Aguila, Ronald Viloria, Napoleon Pararuan, Phillip Pararuan, Art Laisatrukli; honorary pallbearers Jaron Morrow, Noel de los Reyes, Tim Gill.
