A memorial service for Rudy Laney will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Memorial Baptist Church.

Rudy Laney, 66 of Spring, passed away June 22, 2018.  He was born September 5, 1951 in Houston, Texas to the late Shelley and Ruby Laney.

Rudy was preceded in death by his daughter: Rebekah Laney and grandson, D.J. Nye.

He is survived by his wife:  Ruth Laney, Daughters:  Rachel Laney Nye and Lydia Laney Vaughn; Son, Joshua Laney,  brother: Ronnie Laney, 1/2 brother:  James Laney, son-in-law: Terry Vaughn, daughter-in-law: Paige Laney, Sister-in-law: Vallrie Laney, granddaughter:  Carissa Nye and grandson, Deason Nye; and nephew Kyle Laney
