Roy is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Flo Ann Bayne. He is survived by his sons Carl and his wife Sachiko Bayne, Ricky and his wife Jacky Bayne and his daughter Angela Brown and Chuck Brown. He had 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. His hobbies were golfing and working on cars. Roy will be greatly missed by many.
