Rosetta K. Hensley was born in Middletown, Ohio on June 16th, 1950. She went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2020 after the complications of pneumonia. Rosetta was the only daughter of Fielding Hensley and Joyce Pennington Hensley. She worked as a CSM retail clerk for Kroger for 35 years. She retired in March of 2017. She is preceded in death my her parents Fielding and Joyce Hensley. Also her brothers Frank Hensley, Phil Hensley and Foster Hensley. Also her nephew Josh Hensley of Houston .

She is survived by her brother Roger Hensley and wife Pamela Hensley of Katy,Texas. Also her niece Krystin Hensley and her nephew Joshua Post /wife Gloria all from the Houston area. Also a god daughter Jessica Foote of Tomball, Texas. God daughter Meghan Voyles of Columbus, Ohio.

Rosetta loved to read and watch crime drama tv. Her newest passions were her brother Rogers youngest grand children Evie Ryan Hensley and Joshua Jack Post (JJ). She loved all the grand children and was always concerned about their happiness.

They all gave her a lot of joy as she never married and had children of her own.

Rosetta was a huge part of the family and will be missed always. We are grateful that we had such a sweet soul in our lives.

Her celebration of life service will be held January 18, 2020 at 10:00 am at Klein Funeral Home on Wortham Blvd. Anyone who wants to attend are welcome.There will be a gathering at her home after the service.
