Rosemary Fowler Crum, 78 years old, went home to live with our Lord Jesus on Saturday, September 18, 2021.Rosemary was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on May 11, 1943 to Leola Augusta Fowler and Benjamin Thomas Fowler. Rosemary grew up as the only darling girl of four children. Rosemary's heroic brothers are David Thomas Fowler, Donald Wayne Fowler and Joe Robert Fowler, all good 'ol Fightin' Texas A&M Aggies. After a long day working on their pecan orchard, the band of brothers would ask their dear sister for a special meal or dessert. They always got the homemade goodie but only if they called her, "Queen Rosemary".

In 1977, Rosemary attended her first Bible Study at Pastor Jim Owens' home in Houston, Texas. Rosemary heard the gospel and accepted a personal relationship by faith with her Father in Heaven, based on Jesus' death and resurrection to pay for her sins. This was the most important decision Rosemary would ever make.

Rosemary enjoyed being a part of many ministries, such as Precepts Bible Studies, "After the Boxes are Unpacked" Welcome Study with her best friend Diane Ramey, Evangelism Explosion, Sunday Schools, Prayer Team and Outreach Coordinator. If Rosemary knew of a need, she would encourage, serve and pray for you. She might even bring you some homemade chicken and dumplings or her best friend, Roberta Currington's recipe of chicken pot pie. Rosemary modeled that generous heart for others to her children, Stacy June Purcell Tardy, and Glenn Austin Purcell.

In 1987, Rosemary met Thomas Earl Crum, Jr. at Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. A year later, they were married and became a family with one girl and three boys: Brian Thomas Crum (Julie), and Russell Todd Crum (Rachel), Stacy (D.C.) and Glenn (Mindy). Rosie and Tom had wonderful adventures together living in Singapore and vacationing in Europe, Hawaii and New Mexico. They eventually retired and enjoyed golfing together in The Woodlands.

Rosemary and Tom's grandchildren are the "light of their lives": Micah Benjamin Tardy, Madeline Grace Karnei Tardy, Chase Austin Purcell, Parker Aiden Purcell, Jackson Thomas Crum, Sophie Elizabeth Crum, Julia Rose Mei Ying Tardy, Joy Elizabeth Xin Pin Tardy, Miaoyi "Yiyi" Zeng, Rachel Lynn Conforti, Sabrina Madeline Conforti, And great grand child, Harleigh Elizabeth Purcell.  Rosemary's favorite thing to do with each of them was to cook in the kitchen, especially the secret family recipe of double chocolate chip cookies or oatmeal walnut raisin cookies.

Rosemary's love for the Lord and others lives on in a heartload of nieces and nephews, grandchildren, brothers mother and, sisters-in-love,  cousins, children, and most of all her beloved husband, Tom Crum.
