RONALD CHARLES OHNOUTKA
1929 – 2025
Ronald Charles Ohnoutka, 95, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Ronald was the cornerstone of his family and a man of deep Catholic faith — a faith he lived out daily and lovingly passed on to future generations.
Ronald had a genuine love for people and a gift for making friends wherever he went. His warmth, kindness, and selfless nature made him a constant source of strength and comfort. He was especially proud of keeping his family close, always bringing loved ones together and leading by example with humility and love.
He is survived by his children: Janice Cravens and her husband Kenneth; Mark Ohnoutka and his wife Melissa; and Brian Ohnoutka and his wife Anita. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Adam Bonetti, Rachael Frith, David Cravens, Jarred Bonetti, Michael Cravens, Leigh Wessels, Logan Ohnoutka, Ashley Murphy, Lindsay Ohnoutka, Donovan Ohnoutka, and Matthew Ohnoutka, along with 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 67 years Willa Mae and his daughter, Jeanne Bonetti.
Ronald's absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His legacy of faith, family, and friendship will live on through the many lives he touched.
