Ronald Anthony Nespeca Sr., 78, of Magnolia, Texas, went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2020. He was born on May 16, 1941 in Youngstown Ohio to Ann and Tony Nespeca. He was proud of his Italian heritage and the origin of the Nespeca family in Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

He graduated from Lakewood High School in Cleveland, OH. He attended Ohio State, UCLA and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1968. He started work for Proctor and Gamble in 1968 and then went to work for Baxter/Travenol in 1976. He was a successful plant manager for both companies, that moved him from Dallas, TX, to Cleveland MS, to Hayes KS. He was later hired as Director and Vice President of Med Inc., an implantable heart valve medical company in Minneapolis MN. In 1980 he moved his family to Albuquerque, NM and became a franchise owner of five Big Cheese Pizza restaurants. In 1983, he moved to Houston and started a company with his high school best friend, Bob Darbyshire, called Armadillo Cover Company that manufactured spa covers. In 1992, he sold Armadillo Cover Company and formed his own real estate company where he bought and sold properties until he went to heaven.

Ron was very intelligent, precise and accurate in everything thing that he did. He was a problem solver and had excellent organizational skills. He had a gregarious personality that could light up a room with his laughter, positive energy and witty mind. He had a crafty and entertaining sense of humor. He loved to laugh, smile and have a great time. One person said, "that if you were ever having a bad day, you need to call or see Ron Nespeca, because he will make you feel like a million bucks". He deeply cared about all others and would do anything to help someone out. He strongly believed in manners and politeness. He began coaching his daughter in soccer, which led to him cheering his son play soccer that turned into watching his grandsons play sports as well. He would always be on the sidelines cheering and giving his support and advice. He taught them all to be humble in victory, and courageous in defeat. He loved all sports and especially soccer. He was extremely artistic and musically talented.

Later in life, he was confirmed to the Catholic Church on March 5, 2019 and was an active member of St. Anne Catholic Church, in Tomball. He loved to read scripture and he would always write down and study bible verses.

Ron Nespeca was proceeded in death by his parents and his beloved wife of 54 years Karen Nespeca. Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Allen Crouch of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his son and daughter in law, Ronnie and Courtney Nespeca of Houston Texas; his 4 precious grandsons, Austen Crouch, Dylan Crouch, Riley Crouch, and Cash Nespeca; also survived by his siblings Sara, Paula, Tony, Donald, Mark, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Unfortunately, due to CDC guidelines of the Coronavirus, there will not be a public service.
