Robin was the cherished daughter of the late Hugh and Gail Ney, sister to the late Melody and Kim Ney, and beloved spouse of the late David Rich. She leaves behind her daughters, Lori Wegner, Wendy Kennedy, Lillian Rich, and Kristen Brooks; grandchildren, Chaeden, Brittney, and Brica Greenbaum, Cassarah and Cameron Kennedy, Calee and Chloe Wegner, David and Christian Genetti, Madison Stumper, Julian McKay; and great-grandchildren, William, Arabella, Charlie, Urnisy, Cassidy, Christian, David, Ellianna, Lacey, and William.

A devoted Christian, Robin lived a life filled with love, compassion, and empathy. As a military child, she traveled widely, excelled in her studies, and graduated early at the top of her class. An accomplished artist, Robin was passionate about martial arts, achieving a brown belt, and had a keen talent for business organization, which she demonstrated while running Rich Ceramic Tiles alongside David until his passing in 2008.

In her final days, Robin expressed a deep love for her family and the thought of being reunited with David in the afterlife. Her journey concluded in the comfort of her home, her heart abundant with love and forgiveness.
