Robert Booth Scott was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Betty and George Scott on June 20, 1969. He died on July 22, 2017.
A year after his birth, the family moved to Westchester County, New York. Rob's early days and school years were lived out in New York state.
After Rob's mother passed away in 1978, Rob and his father moved to Houston, Texas, where George had a job with Gulf Chemicals. Rob attended Wunderlich Intermediate School and graduated from Klein Forest High School.
After high school graduation, Rob attended and graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute, in Laramie, Wyoming.
Following graduation from WTI, Rob worked in a local Houston body shop- Kelly's Collision- and then went on to start his own business, Robert Scott Collision in Tomball Texas. He enjoyed success and a great reputation in his field.
He married Candice Treadway in 1997. They enjoyed 6 years of marriage.
Rob is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Booth Scott and survived by his father, George T. Scott, and his wife Lorraine, his brothers, George T. Scott, Jr., John G. Scott and wife, Rebecca, aunts and uncle, Agnes Scott Lovaas, George and Joan Booth, four cousins, Kae Lovaas Jewell, Mary Lovaas Curtis and husband Allen, Sharon Booth, David Booth niece Susan Scott Wallish and husband Chris, nephew Allen Scott and wife Courtney.
A memorial service will be held at the Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive on Sunday, at 2:00 P.M.
