Bob Hutson , 82, of Klein, Texas, passed away on July 3rd, surrounded by love and family. He was born on April 3, 1943, in Clinton, Arkansas, to the late Henry and Laverne (Eggers) Hutson. Bob leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and adventure.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, June Hutson; his son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Ronda Daricek; and his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Ladymae Gray. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Geraldine Hutson, and his son, Jim Hutson.

Bob dedicated 35 years of his career to Mettler Toledo, where he met the love of his life, June. Their marriage was filled with laughter, travel, and unwavering devotion to one another.

A true family man, Bob was known for his selflessness and deep love for those around him. Whether arranging medical care, offering a place to stay, or simply being there when needed, Bob always ensured his family was cared for. His actions reflected his generous spirit—he gave wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Bob had a lifelong passion for BMW motorcycles, often riding alongside June on adventures across the country. In their early years, they camped with a small tent, and over time transitioned to "glamping" in their cherished Airstream.

For 42 years, Bob and June were proud members of the Greater Houston Airstream Club and the Airstream Club International, holding Big Red Number 14276. Bob was an active member and even served as President of the local unit. Together, they attended rallies across the country—from the Statue of Liberty to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival to the Grand Ole Opry Rally in Nashville—creating lifelong friendships and memories.

Bob also had a deep love for animals, especially cats. Over the years, he cared for many—once even flying his daughter's cat, Minio, home from Florida. At their home, he rescued and cared for numerous strays, ensuring they received proper veterinary care through SNAP. His compassion for animals was just one more testament to his big heart.

Bob will be remembered not only for the life he lived but for the love he gave. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
