Robert Sterling Germany of Houston, Texas passed away on June 7, 2025 one month short of his 90th Birthday Bob was born in Dallas, Texas on July 17th, 1935, to Sterling and Eunie John Germany. He spent his early years in Tyler, Texas before moving to Houston. He was a 1953 graduate of Lamar High School. He attend ed the University of Texas, University of Houston and Graduated from North Texas University. He was a charter member and stayed consistently active with the Sigma Nu Fraternity.

Bob was in the trucking transport business beginning with Roberson Tank Lines but then started his own tank line business in the late 1960's. He was an avid golfer. He collected Antique Wooden Boats and showed them all over the Country. He had been sober since the 80's and very active in AA and sponsored many friends through sobriety.

We will mostly remember and miss Bob for his big personality and fun-loving spirit.

Bob is survived by his wife Susan Germany. His Sister Sue Germany Brown. His Son Bob Forrest Germany and wife Janean, their children Ashley McClellan, Cameron Germany and Reed Germany. His Daughter Rachel Germany Pattillo and husband Michael and their daughter Madison Pattillo Young. And Step Grandson Eryk Jaloway. Great Granddaughters Grace Germany 3, Mary Kate Young 3, Rowan McClellan 3, Ginny McClellan 10 months and Jane Germany 1 wk.
