Roberto DeLaPaz was born on January 28, 1942, to Hilario and Rafela DeLaPaz. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilario and Rafela DeLaPaz, and brothers, Larry, Raymond, and Louis DeLaPaz.
He loved fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his family. He loved telling stories of his youth and all the trouble he and his brothers would get into. He loved telling stories about his momma and daddy and would laugh so hard reliving those stories. He loved truck driving and yes, we heard plenty of those stories, too. He loved telling jokes and most times he would laugh harder than we did but it made him happy to make people smile.
He is survived by his wife Dee of 43 years. His children; Debbie, Larry, Kenneth, Jimmy, Chris, Deanna, and Kim. His brothers; Ernest and wife Pam, Alfred and wife Lois. His sisters; Neva and husband Harland, Janie; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a wonderful father and grandfather and loved with his whole heart.
He was adored by many but loved by all and will be forever missed by all who knew him.
