Robert (Bob) Anthony Lindley, 65, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Bob lived in Tomball, Texas with the love of his life, Sherry (Castleberry) Lindley.

Bob was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, the son of a United States Marine, Richard Jerred Lindley, and his mother, Fern Reed Lindley. He graduated from High School in El Cajon, California and went on to earn his Master of Business Administration. He was a longtime operations manager for an industrial valve manufacturing company.

Sherry and Bob were married Dec. 10, 1993 in San Marcos, Texas and built a beautiful family and life together with one son, two daughters and a grandson.

Bob loved his family and life in general. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman with an affinity for wildlife. He could build anything and was a prolific handyman, helping anyone who needed him. He had a genuine love for people and the land, enjoying the family cattle ranch as much as he did a great craft beer.

Bob will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Lindley; son, Jerred Anthony Lindley and special friend, Violet Hernandez; daughter, Keely Lindley Ellingsen and son-in-law, Hayden Ellingsen; daughter, Rebecca Lindley Henderson and son-in-law, Tyler Henderson; grandson, Maverick James Henderson; brother, Donald Markson; sister, Jennifer Lindley; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Charla and Karl Haubold; Jerred's brother, Casey Lockett; nieces, Allison Haubold and Ashley Mohan; and his nephews, Blake Haubold, Joshua Krewson and Richard Krewson. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life for Bob on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. at Paradigm Brewing Company, 2130 S. Persimmon Lane, Tomball, Texas 77375. Bob would want you to dress comfortably.
