Richard Eugene Shepherd, known as Rick, Ricky, or Pop to those who knew him best, passed at the age of 64 in his home in Magnolia, TX on June 15,2022.  Rick was born to Norma (Henry) Brueck and Richard Lee Shepherd on November 24, 1957 in Houston, TX.  After graduating from North Shore High School in 1976 he quickly found work on turnarounds, working with family, and various other industrial jobs.  In 1984 Rick married his soulmate and best friend, Donna Shepherd.  Throughout their marriage, Rick and Donna had many business ventures and were very entrepreneurial.  In 1995, they opened Dynamic Laboratories, where both Rick and Donna finished their careers.  Rick enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life as hobbies.  He traveled to Africa, Mexico, Canada and several US states in pursuit of game.

Rick is survived by his sister, Rhonda Shepherd- Owens; his children, Nicholas Condra, Ashley Shepherd, and Colton Shepherd; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Shepherd, Leam Bass, Kingsley Shepherd, and Grant Shepherd; his niece, Heather Girard; his great-nephews, Kai Girard and Kaden Girard; Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins.

Family, friends, and those who knew Rick are invited to his memorial service, which will be held on July 9, 10am at Trinity Klein Lutheran Church, 5201 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, TX 77379.  A reception at the church is to follow.
