Richard A. Millis died unexpectedly in Magnolia, TX on May 31, 2023. Richard was born and raised in Lynn, MA and graduated from Lynn Classical in 1974. Initially he went to school in Montana, but not knowing what he was truly interested in, he decided to explore other opportunities. He worked at different jobs in Montana, Alaska and Washington State. Richard eventually went back to college and received a degree in accounting. He moved to Texas and lived in Houston before settling in Magnolia TX. Richard worked for UPS for 33 years. For many years he was a UPS union representative, representing union members with grievances or issues with UPS. His favorite hobbies were hiking, fishing, hunting, biking and exploring the outdoors.

He leaves behind his brother, Andrew Millis and his sister, Kathryn Millis, both of Lynn, MA.  He was preceded in death by his sister Cynthia Millis,  father Andrew Millis and mother Helen Millis. He will be buried at the Klein Memorial Park Cemetery in Magnolia, TX. He will be sorely missed.
