Richard Otto Blake Terry, Jr. , of Houston, Texas, was born on February 12, 1971, and passed away on February 4, 2019.

He is survived by his loving wife, Morgan Terry; his sisters, Richelle Terry and Cara Terry; brother-in-law Christopher Matthews; his nephew, Braxton Shaffer; and his nieces, Marisa Campbell and Emma Campbell.

Arrangements are being handled through Klein Funeral Home, with out of state services to be scheduled at a later date.
