In Loving Memory
Rhonda Gayle Bishop Kaiser, a lifetime resident of Tomball, Texas, went to be with our heavenly Father on Saturday, February 29, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. Rhonda was born on August 10, 1968, to Wilber and Kaye Bishop of Louisiana. She was 51 years old. She is survived by her loving husband, Ladd Kaiser and her three amazing children, Kaleb Kaiser, Kody Kaiser and Faith Kaiser. She also leaves behind her sisters, Denise Dobkins of Conroe, TX and Kimberly Lassinger of Montgomery along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Rhonda is preceded in death by both of her parents, her grandparents and two first cousins.
Rhonda longed to be a mother, she was having so much difficulty having her own children, she and Ladd decided to adopt. With the help of her mother and father in-law she did the mountain of paperwork and research to find her two sons in Russia, made all the arrangements and brought those two precious boys home. She was an amazing mom. They tried one more time for a child and the miracle came when Faith was born.
Rhonda was wicked smart. She was a registered nurse and a dedicated advocate for her patients. She was an avid, lifelong learner and absolutely loved reading and going to school. She said she would love to be in college as a professional student! (Ladd said that would be a strain on the budget!) They loved to take cruises and explore new places. They built a wonderful life together and their children were their pride and joy. She was often asked why she didn't become a doctor or an astronaut, she said she just wanted to be a great mom and a good nurse. She was a huge football fan and shared that passion with her son Kaleb; they watched the games on TV together every Sunday, Monday, or Thursday. Her middle son Kody was another pride for her, he serves in the US Military and makes her proud to be an American. He was her "shopping buddy" and they shared many fun times buying things for the house, especially at Christmas! Her only daughter, Faith was her miracle child, she is a remarkable academic and as smart as her mother. She is ahead of her peers in her education and extremely successful as a student. Rhonda has a remarkable, strong, loving family that will miss her more than words can express.
