Raymond Valentine Sikora passed away peacefully on February 24, 2024, at the age of 96. Raymond was predeceased in death by his beloved wife Stella Elizabeth Sikora, eldest son Vincent, parents Walenty and Rose, and brothers Eugene and the Reverend Father Vincent. He is survived by his children Thomas (Gloria) Sikora, Patricia Carter, James Sikora, Kathleen (Michael) Thorp, and Janet (Porter) Stubblefield, eleven grandchildren (Kelly, Casey, Matthew, Philip, Justin, Nathan, Kristin, Brittany, Ryan, Tyler and Shane), and nine great grandchildren (Katie, Lily, Allison, Derek, Jaxson, Everly, Natalie, Charlotte, and Theodore).

He was born on August 8, 1927, in Arnold, Pennsylvania and graduated from Arnold High School. Shortly after he served in the U.S. Navy until the end of World War II. Raymond went on to a successful career as a staff chemist with Gulf Research and Development in Harmarville, Pennsylvania and later in Houston, Texas. He finished the working part of his life with the Cypress, Texas Postal Service.

Raymond enjoyed sports, stamp collecting, coin collecting, crossword puzzles, gardening, and most of all spending time surrounded by his family.

Visitation will be held on February 28, 2024, from 9:00-10:00 AM at Klein Funeral Home - Cy-Fair at 9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, Texas 77065. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM with the burial to follow at Klein Memorial Park in Pinehurst, Texas. In lieu of flowers, please keep Raymond in your memories.
