Raymond Roscoe Searcy Jr., 86, of Spring, passed away September 15th, 2024. He was born August 28th, 1938, in Princeton, Texas to the late Raymond Roscoe Searcy Sr. and Mattie Roberta (Cook) Searcy. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is survived by his daughter, Susan J. Knafla (husband Jeffrey Knafla) of Hedgesville, West Virginia,four grandsons Brandon Kilpatrick, Dallas Kilpatrick (Debi Heinz), Jacob Pahr and Joshua Pahr (wife Ashley Pahr) and great grandchildren, Sydnie Knafla of San Antonio and Antonio Knafla of Hedgesville. He is also survived by his sister, Ann O'Shanessy.

Raymond was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S Air Force where he served his country for over 20 years with dignity and honor. Raymond served in Korea, Germany, Alaska and several state side locations. He enjoyed traveling and was a fan of NASCAR racing and fulfilled one of this life long dreams of driving a NASCAR.

Including his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Lauretta Mae Searcy and his wife, Arlene Marie Searcy. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Roberta and Betty, and his brother, Robert.

At Raymond's request there will be no memorial service or funeral.
