RAYMOND KEITH MANN, age 95, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away on June 16, 2020, Keith was born on August 2, 1924 in Buckner, Missouri. His parents later moved to Lawrence, Kansas, where he attended public schools and entered the University of Kansas. He suspended his studies at the university during World War II to enlist in the Army.

On February 1, 1944, before leaving for overseas military duty, he married his high school sweetheart, Delores Jean Yazza. Keith was a decorated veteran, having served in Europe with the Army's 69th Infantry Division.

After returning from military service and completing his formal education with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, Keith accepted employment with Shell Oil Company. He served in a number of different capacities in Shell Offices in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado, retiring in 1980 as Shell's Chief of Exploration Operations in Houston.

Keith was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the University of Kansas Alumni Association.

He was preceded in death by Delores, his beloved wife of 65 years, his parents, Cecil Mann and Grace Shafer Mann, his brother, Bernerd Mann and sister, Thelma Mann Anderson. Survivors include daughters Lisa Mann and Lori Mann, nephew Michael Mann, grandchildren Michaelene Ramirez, Shandley Phillips, Alexa Flynn, Sean and Karessa Cerny and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to visitation from 5-8 pm, Wednesday, June 24 ^th , at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, June 25 ^th at 11:00 am with military honors at the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive.
