Randy Paul Yohner was born in Houston, TX on July 24, 1959 to Paul and Ganelle Yohner. He grew up with two brothers, Murphy and Chris and one sister, Pam. Growing up Randy was loving, caring, determined and a protector.
In highschool, Randy met Kathy and fell in love. They went on to marry on February 16, 1980. They had 3 children together: Jennifer, Joshua, and Jonathan. Randy was a constant provider and protector for his family. He always made sure that his family had more than they needed. In 1995, Randy endured the loss of his son, Joshua. Despite his heartbreak he remained strong and continued to hold his family together. In 2005, Randy became a PaPa and went on to love 3 grandchildren: Michael, Madison, and MacKinleigh. To his grandchild he was the best PaPa ever and he gave them the biggest bear hugs every chance he got.
Randy passed on July 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by his son, Joshua and his father, Paul and many other friends and family. He is survived by his wife, Kathy of 41 years, children Jennifer and Jonathan, son-in-law Stephen, grandchildren Michael, Madison, and Mackinleigh, mother Ganelle, siblings Murphy, Chris, and Pam.
Randy will be remembered for his love of gardening, grilling, Blue Bell Natural Vanilla Bean, chocolate shakes, fishing, scrapping, and Hawaiian shirts. He loved to share and take care of others. He touched many lives through his kindness. He will be deeply missed.
