Raleigh Lee Harvey, born December 19, 1934 to Iva Lee Payne and William Linza Harvey, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Cypress North Houston Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ricky and his oldest son Ron.  He met Charlotte Whitehead Harvey, his wife of 60 years, at Southern Methodist University, while earning degrees in Banking, Finance, and Economics. He later earned his Master's degree in Finance at the University of Wisconsin. While at SMU, he was a 3-year letterman in football.

Raleigh is survived by his wife Charlotte, daughter Rhonda, son Bob and his wife Kelli, daughter Gale and son-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Rhonda, his brother Randy, grandchildren Lindsey Harvey Jordan, her husband Shaun Jordan, Ty Harvey, Courtney Jennings, Jake Jennings and great-grandson, Jackson Jordan.
