Rachel Claire Rosler Livingston, 35, a resident of Tomball, Texas, was called Home in the early evening of December 12, 2020.

Born June 18, 1985, in Spring, Texas, Rachel was the eldest of three daughters blessed to John and Beth Rosler.  Rachel met her husband, Bruce, in 2006, and they married the following year.  Rachel and Bruce have two children: Benjamin (12) and Dylan (8).  She was also a loving stepmother to Bruce's three older children: Bruce (Annie), Ryan, and Alyssa.

Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Shortly before graduation, she began an internship with the Epilepsy Foundation of South Texas, which amplified her desire to serve others in-need.  Rachel loved the eight years she and Bruce lived in San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas.  After achieving remission from her first cancer diagnosis, Rachel worked tirelessly with cancer survivor groups in and around San Antonio.  Following her second diagnosis, The Livingstons moved back to Klein, Texas.  Rachel then became involved again with her childhood church home, Trinity Lutheran.

Those who knew Rachel may know that she had a tattoo printed on her wrist, "Warrior."  In every sense of the word, that's exactly what Rachel was.  Her 6 ½ year battle with cancer was a testament to her fighting spirit, as well as her unconditional love and sacrifice for family and friends. Whether you were a family member, friend, nurse, cashier, or anyone else who briefly encountered her, you walked away feeling loved. After Hurricane Harvey, Rachel volunteered at Trinity Lutheran Church with their outreach program.  She continued to work at this position until her ongoing treatments interfered.  That was our Rachel, who will live on in the hearts, minds, and souls of everyone she touched.

In addition to her husband, children, step-children and parents, Rachel is survived by her sisters:  Katy Dodds (Brandon), and Joy Foerster (Brian), four nieces and nephews, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation for Rachel will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, December 19, 2020, beginning at 10:00am, with the service to follow.  Please join us in remembering our dear Rachel.
