Rachel Elizabeth Gordon was born on December 2, 1993 in Pasadena, Texas. The second of three children, she made an abiding impression on all who knew her closely. Rachel left the world at the age of 28 on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 10:29 P.M. in The Woodlands, Texas.

Her affection for animals was well-known and persisted throughout the duration of her life. So often ready to take in the displaced or abandoned, her regard for those in need spilled over also to her friends and family; never allowing financial strain to dampen her willingness to support others, her heart remained inordinately soft.

She experienced a wholeheartedness for children from even a young age. She was instrumental in the early life of nephew Kaleb and was enthusiastically committed to her role in the upbringing of her niece Mia. She gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl of her own on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, leaving behind a piece of herself for the rest of us to wonder over.

The loss of her nearness is indelibly marked upon the lives of her loved ones.

She is survived by her beloved daughter Zoey Madison Gordon, partner Ryan Armstrong, parents Scott and Cynthia, siblings Matthew, Andrew, Misty, Richard, and Anthony, as well as her nephews and niece, Kaleb and Corbin McNair, and Mia Michelle Gordon.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28 at 2:00 P.M. at Klein Funeral Home and Memorial in Magnolia (14711 FM 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354). Visitation will take place the evening before between 6:00 and 8:00 P.M.
