Born on December 30, 1955 in Norman, Oklahoma to parent Philip Douglas Miller and Catherine Ann Miller.

He was in the Navy for four years stationed on the submarine USS Norwahl.

He worked for the Richland, Texas police department for 1 year and then moved to the

University of Houston.  He was a police officer there for 29 years.

Only retiring as his health declined.

During that time he was a member of the Klein Volunteer Fire Department for more than 20 years, a member of the Texas State Guard, a member of the Hog Group, The Woodlands, TX Chapter #1420 of Harley Davidson.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, sister Grace Isbell, and 2nd wife Ginger.

He is survived by his wife Natalie, sister Imelda and husband John, brother James and wife Lisa,

and several nieces and nephew. Also a host of close friends who have been with him thru a lot

of this.

We will greatly miss your laugh and odd sense of humor.
