Philip Louis Hahn's Obituary
Philip Louis Hahn, age 75, of Houston, Texas passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020, peacefully in his sleep.
Phil was born to parents, Walter and Madge Hahn, on December 30, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his GED, enlisted to the Navy and was medically discharged all by the age of 20. He entered the workforce at Bell Telephone/Western Electric and
retired in 2001 from AT&T/Lucent as cellular communications engineer.
Phil is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Merry, his parents, Walter and Madge and brother, Ken Hahn.
He is survived by sister, Jackie Hennessy, daughters, Jennifer Cooksey and husband Jeff and Barbara DiPascal and husband Dominick, grandchildren, Paige and Jacob Cooksey in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
Phil enjoyed reading history and thriller novels, coffee outings with friends and restoring small electrical appliances for CAM - Cypress Assisted Ministries where he volunteered for many years.
