Penelope Sue Price, 75, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020.

She was born in Montgomery Country, Virginia on November 6, 1944 to Kenneth and Irene Smith.  Penelope lived a life dedicated to family and The Lord. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and wife. Adored by many and respected by all that knew her. She was a lady of strong faith in Jesus Christ and had a sense of humor that would make anyone in her presence smile. She had a great love for animals and took them in at every turn.

She is survived by her husband, Charles H. Price III, her son, Mariner Price and wife Mandie Price. Penelope is also survived by her step-son Alex Price, and grandchildren, Bowman and Vivi Price. Penelope is preceded in her passing by her beloved parents Kenneth Graham Smith and Grace Irene Smith.

Graveside services will take place at Klein Memorial Park and Mausoleum at 9714 FM 2920 in Tomball, Texas on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
