Obituary of Peggy Jane Connally Sullivan

Peggy Jane Connally Sullivan, aged 87, passed away Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at her home surrounded by God's love and grace. She was born May 17th, 1937 in San Antonio, TX. as the eldest daughter of Stanford Wright Connally and Minnie Lou Trimble Connally. Peggy married her sweetheart, M.C Sullivan in 1956. She then graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a teaching degree specializing in Algebra and Geometry. Not only did Peggy mold young minds and loved teaching math but she also had a love for ceramics which led her to opening her own Ceramic shop. Many years later, the family moved to Arlington, TX where she continued teaching and painting ceramics until her retirement.

She was predeceased by her husband, M.C. Sullivan and Granddaughter Terri Sullivan. She is survived by her sons, David B and his wife, Tracy, and Matthew C; daughter, Kelly Taylor and her husband Stephen; her sister, Melanie Connally Rastrelli and her husband Lawrence; 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service of remembrance will be announced at a later date.
