Peggy Ann Cooper, 87, of Spring, went to be with her Lord and Savior October 4, 2020. She was born February 19, 1933, in Herndon, West Virginia to the late Jim and Della Fisher.

Including her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Earl Cooper, sister Juanita Jacobs and husband Jack, brother Tommy Fisher, sister-in-law Jane Fisher and grandson Joshua Whitmire.

Peggy was a loving mother, proud grandmother/great-grandmother and cherished friend to many.

She is survived by her brother, Jimmy Fisher; Children, Kathi Cooper Laughman, David Cooper and wife Wanda, Roger Cooper and wife Leslie, Joe Cooper, Lee Ann Cooper Whitmire and husband Jeff; Grandchildren, Lauren Laughman Koecher and husband Shawn, Michelle Wynne and husband Jason, Greg Gantt, Sam Cooper, Sarah Cooper, Taylor Cooper, Catherine Cooper, Ben Cooper, Curry Whitmire; Great-grandchildren Skylar Koecher Tremblay and husband Cory, Keira Koecher, Aria Koecher, Savannah Wynne, Avery Wynne, Holland Wynne, Scarlett Wynne, Justice Gantt, Mia Gantt. She is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews and extended family members.
