Paul Tuch, born to Glen and Phyllis Tuch on August 4, 1952 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, passed away in his home in Magnolia, Texas on June 5, 2023. He was an exceptional individual who profoundly impacted the lives of many throughout his lifetime. Paul leaves behind cherished memories for his loved ones and is survived by his wife Cindy, son Jason and grandson Jaylen, daughter Jill and her husband Travis and granddaughters Kylie and Zoe Damron, his younger brother Dave and wife Darla, and their children Stacy and Michael.

In 1970, Paul finished high school at Lincoln High in Sioux Falls, South Dakota before relocating to Houston, Texas in 1971 to pursue a dental education. His high school sweetheart, Cindy, soon joined him and together they built their life in Texas. Their 50th wedding anniversary would have been celebrated this December. Paul and Cindy made regular visits to South Dakota and embarked on various vacations to places such as the Black Hills, Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, the Ozarks, Florida, Alaska, and Canada.

Before Paul became a father, he developed a passion for motorcycling across different states. He owned numerous classic cars and became a member of the Corvair Club in Houston. On Sundays after church, when he wasn't playing out in his pasture on his tractor, making metal art in his barn, or cruising the countryside with his wife, you could find him on his recliner tuning into the NASCAR race.

In 1979 and 1983, Paul became a father, infusing his family's life with joy and creating lasting memories. When not attending his children's sporting events, he would spend weekends camping or boating with them.

In 1985, Paul established his own successful dental tech lab which he operated for over thirty years. After relocating to Magnolia, he discovered hot shot trucking through a friend. He thoroughly enjoyed traveling across the nation, exploring various destinations, and getting paid to see beautiful scenery.

In 2019, Paul retired from trucking and began working part-time with his son Jason, relishing their time together in the shop. Paul was proud of his son's shop and often asked people if they had seen the classic blue truck with the Spinin' Wrenches billboard sign off 1488 that he helped Jason erect.

Paul was known for his unwavering integrity, kind heart, and genuine warmth. His contagious laughter and radiant smile illuminated any room, making everyone feel welcomed and loved. He never met a stranger, was the life of the party, and never ran out of stories to tell.

Becoming a grandfather in 2013 and 2014 brought Paul immeasurable joy. He adored his grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them, whether it involved playing games, sharing laughter, or simply sitting together on the couch watching a movie. Paul's legacy will continue to be remembered.

Paul was a believer in Jesus Christ, attending Wildwood United Methodist Church from 2006 onward and serving as an honored usher.
