Paul Roland Avenell

Paul Roland Avenell (76), of Houston Texas, passed away in Jackson County on November 13, 2019.  We will be celebrating his memory at Klein Memorial Park Funeral Home 1400 W Main St. Tomball, Texas 77375 where there will be a viewing held on Friday November 22 ^nd from 6:00-8:00 PM, and his funeral will be held Saturday November 23 ^rd at 2:00 PM followed by a private family grave site burial.

Paul Roland Avenell was born in Houston, Texas to Roland and Ruby Avenell on May 20 ^th , 1943.  Paul Avenell is preceded in death by Roland Avenell, Ruby Avenell, and Katie Avenell.

Paul is survived by daughter Kim Avenell Caldwell, husband Albert Caldwell, son Steven Avenell, wife Shelley Avenell, Sister Barbara Gordan, grandchildren Paul Linker and Tyler Avenell, nephew David Bilbo, and wife Michelle Bilbo, and numerous other extended family and friends.

Paul Avenell, a long-term member of the construction community was known for his hard work, tenacity, and relentless drive to always finish first.  A mentor to many, Paul's demanding leadership style molded the people he trained into great leaders.  The community knew him for the strength of his work ethic, but friends and family knew him for the size of his heart and his love for the Lord.  Now that Paul has crossed over the veil, a work ethic once utilized by the construction community now will be focusing on the Lord's work.  Paul will be extremely missed and always loved by his family and friends.  We love you dad, see you on the other side.
