Patti Sue Saurage, 68, of Porter, Texas, passed away on December 23, 2023. She was born on January 15, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Stuart and Anita Bailey.
Patti was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Patti found great joy in serving her church and was actively involved in various capacities. She had a passion for the TV show Outlander, traveling, reading, and gardening.
Patti was a Human Resources manager in the plastics and manufacturing industry. She was dedicated and hardworking throughout her professional life.
Patti worshipped at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, where she found solace and strength in her faith. Patti was involved in the following ministries: Altar Guild Director; Daughters of The King; Vestry; Nursery Leader; Bethel Bible Series Leader; Sisters of Free Spirit; Diocesan Council. She valued her religious community and the support it provided.
In addition to her many accomplishments, Patti leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her daughter, Allison Staggs, and her husband Justin; her son, Scott Saurage, and his wife Michelle; her grandchildren, Raeleigh and Grant Saurage, and Reagan Staggs; as well as extended cousins in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
Patti was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mark Saurage, her parents, Stuart and Anita Bailey, and her brother, Mike Bailey.
A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 2, from 5-8 PM at Klein Funeral Home, located at 1400 W Main St. in Tomball, TX. A church service will take place on Wednesday, January 3, at 10 AM at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Cypress, TX. Following the church service, a graveside service will be held at Klein Memorial Park in Pinehurst, TX.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Altar Guild, an organization close to Patti's heart.
The funeral arrangements are entrusted to Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, TX.
Patti Sue Saurage will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever live on in our hearts.
