Patsy A. Smith, aged 93, of Houston, passed away on November 25, 2024. She was born on August 27, 1931, in San Angelo, Texas, to the late Reese Davis Stepp and Ola Mae Walton Stepp.

Patsy is survived by her loving daughters, Kay Ingraham and Pat Smith-Vavra. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Samuel Spalding Smith, along with her parents.
