Patsy June Dyer Norwood was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on December 3, 1934, and passed away in Houston, Texas on September 11, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph H. Norwood; her granddaughter, Emily S. Cobbs; her parents, Floyd and Pebble Dyer; and her sister, Pauline Turner.

Patsy is survived by her daughters, Deborah Cobbs and husband John, and Karen Luce and husband Jason, and grandchildren, Bryan Cobbs and wife Liza Serna, Spencer Cano, Holly Norwood, and Kaitlyn Luce.
