Obituary

Patrick Scott Filbin, of Houston, Texas, was born on December 14, 1953, and passed away on March 1, 2025. After a courageous battle with a lengthy illness, Pat passed peacefully, surrounded by his devoted wife and loving family.

A proud graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in Houston, Texas, Patrick built a distinguished career in industrial tool sales, working with Rex Supply Co., L.S. Starrett Co., and PTSolutions Tool Distributor. He was known for his expertise, dedication, and the many friendships he cultivated throughout his career.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Malvin William Filbin and Olga Louise Burr Filbin, and his brother, Drew Filbin.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Patricia (Patty) Filbin; his children, Kevin Filbin, Erin Filbin, and Stephen Filbin and wife Janice; and his cherished grandchildren, Isabella Filbin, Julia Filbin, Chloe Alabi-Isama, and Roselyn Alabi-Isama. He is also survived by his siblings, Jeff Filbin and wife Lisa, Anne Filbin, Mary Beach and husband Jeff, and Susan Wagner, along with many dear nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Pat's kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
