Life Journey

Patricia Ann Vann would like to inform you all that her work is done. She received an offer that she couldn't refuse for an assignment, which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a lifetime reward! A crown that is worth more than gold, wings that will never falter, a substantial sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends that she hasn't seen in quite some time. This assignment is a disease and pain-free guarantee! She can gaze upon the glory of the Lord every morning. This new assignment offers the peace that is unknown to man. Evil and sin are banned indefinitely. The most genuine and most perfect joy is exclusively located here. It cannot render anywhere else in the entire world. The God Almighty, has requested that Patricia, the owner of Business Venture Concepts, the entrepreneur, be introduced into Heaven as one of their own. Patricia has connected with so many. No more pain and no more suffering. The weight of the world is a thing of the past. This new assignment will take some adjusting to us all, but the memories that we have made with Patricia are engraved in our lives. Patricia is living her Best life, and by now, she's networking and busy enjoying her new assignment and external benefits. Her new life is just beginning; although her life on earth was impactful.

Patricia Ann Vann was born September 15, 1955 in Houston, Texas, to Charles and Annie Mae Preston. She was called home by our Heavenly Father on October 22, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Annie Mae Preston; her grandparents, Charlie and Katherine Preston, Alfred Bolden and Earnest and Lillie Spivey; and her great grandparents, Andrew and Edna Smith and Robert Bolden; sister Gloria Kessee.

Patricia dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and was baptized. She was an alumnus of Conroe High School in Conroe, TX; class of 1974, and honorary alumnus of Booker T. Washington High School in Houston, TX; class of 1974. Patricia continued her education at Prairie View A & M University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Education in 1979. She later went on to earn an Executive Masters of Business Administration in 2016. She severed as a Harris County Sherriff Deputy for over twenty years and later pursued her own businesses.

Cherished memories will be held in the hearts of her husband, Bobby Vann; daughter, Tanya Taylor (Oliver); son, Ja'Markus Vann; granddaughter, Chyna Taylor; stepsons, Byron Vann (Derrelyn) and Bobby Vann; extended grandchildren; Brenden Vann, Bryce Vann, Brielle Vann, Breya Vann, Brayah Vann, Brennan Vann, and Brooklin Vann; siblings, Charles Preston (Leah), Donnie Preston (Arvis), Alfred Preston, Jacqueline Pierson, Lillie Russell, Kathleen Taylor (Lawrence), Gretchel Preston, Karen Preston, Yolanda Sims (James), Carl Preston, Matrell Burton (James), and Jessica Washington (Joe); sister-in-law, Patsy Vann; brother-in-law, Billy Vann; "special friend/ sister", Julia Turnipseed and; a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
