Patricia Ann McGrath Sharp died at home on March, 16, 2017 in Spring, Texas after a brief battle with cancer. She was 87.

Pat was born on September 14, 1929 in St. Louis, MO to her parents, Francis and Ruth (Bolard) McGrath. She graduated from Rosati-Kain High School in 1947. She married Dewitt Brannon Sharp in 1952. They lived in St. Louis before moving to Miami, Florida in 1954 where they raised their five children before moving to Romulus, NY in 1969 and then to Houston, TX in 1977. She worked as an executive secretary for several companies and retired from Compaq. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, visiting her grandchildren, volunteering at St. Edward's Catholic Church, and traveling.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who modeled living life gracefully with patience and strength. She was a kind and thoughtful friend who always shared a smile.

Pat is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Don and Audrey Sharp of Orlando, FL; daughter and son-in-law Karen and Edward Sroka of Gainesville, FL; daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Ray Rehm of League City, TX; son and daughter-in-law Jim and Sylvia Sharp (with whom she lived for six months) of Spring, TX; and daughter and son-in-law Janice Sharp and Frank Bieser of Round Rock, TX; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and two nephews and three nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dewitt Brannon; her brothers Glen and Gene McGrath; and her sister Ruth McClew.

Visitation will be held on Sunday evening, April 9, from 4 to 6 pm at Klein Funeral Home and a memorial mass will be given on Monday, April 10, at 10:30 am at St. Edward Catholic Church.
