Patricia Elizabeth Kilborn Miller, known as Patti to friends and family, went to be with Jesus, her Lord and Savior, on July 24, 2024. She was a beloved wife, sister, stepmother, grandmother, and aunt. Patti was born June 1, 1956, in Charleston, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Richard and Gloria Kilborn. She is survived by her loving husband David Miller, her brother Jeff (Susan) Kilborn, and sister Linda (Mark) Veazey. She had seven step-children, Cheryl (Andy) Spafford, John (Quinlan) Miller, Kristen (Mickey) Hammel, Matt (Marissa) Miller, Pam (Beau) Dollins, Mark (Jenny) Miller, and Luke Miller. Patti was adored as Yia Yia to her thirty-three grandchildren: Tobey, Jaxson, Ross, and Savannah Grey Spafford; Hensley and Reid Miller; Bing, Davy, Emme and Charlye Hammel; Emma, Elleanna, Elissa, Mac, Ellary, Edynn, Elizabeth and Maddox Miller; Hallie, Maverick, Heston, Briley, Jessalynn, Oakley, Annaleigh, Brynna, Magnus, Selah, and Vivi Dollins; Micah, Max, Major and McCoy Miller. She was Aunt Patti to Garrett (Kaci) Kilborn, Ford Kilborn, Lindsey Frace, Robert "Bubba" (Meghan) Lee, Allie (Martin) Lucas and their children: Cooper Kilborn; Ford and Sutton Frace; Owen and Alexandra Lee; Andrew and Lydia Lucas.

Patti lived in several states during her father's and mother's USAF careers but her family finally landed in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1973 where she graduated from Del City High School and attended Oklahoma State University. She moved to Spring, Texas in 2005 and worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprises until March of 2024. Patti and David were married on October 24, 2009 and enjoyed 14 years of marriage together. Patti was a faithful follower of her Lord Jesus Christ and was an active member of Champion Forest Baptist Church. She served in the Youth Ministry for several years and participated in Precept Bible studies.

Patti will be remembered as fun-loving, generous, hard-working, encouraging and dedicated to family and friends. She always spent time and put great effort into making every family event and gathering of friends memorable. She doted on her grandchildren and great nieces and nephews and always had a gift or treat in mind if not in hand. She had two gift closets that were always stocked (and locked from prying little eyes) and they still today have gifts in them that are yet to be distributed.

Although she will be greatly missed, her family and friends grieve with the hope and assurance that they will see her again along with all others who put their full faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him. Hebrews 9:28

Services to be held Friday, August 2, at 10:00am at Champion Forest Baptist Church - North Klein Campus, 4515 Spring Stuebner Rd., Spring, TX 77389. Reception and visitation with the family to follow in the North Klein Atrium.
