Patricia Rickey Collier passed away September 12, 2016. She was born February 9, 1934 to Charles Treadway Rickey and Freda Estelle Albrecht in Oakdale CA. Patsy was raised on the Old Tim Bell Ranch outside of Waterford, CA moving to Modesto, CA in 1949.  After attending college she joined the Navy, met and married Leonard Lawrence Collier in Great Lakes, IL.  While stationed in Norfolk VA, Leonard retired from the Navy and was transferred to Corpus Christi, TX in 1966.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, brothers Charles Treadway Rickey Jr., Denton Rickey Moore, and grandson Cpl. Scott Alexander McIntosh. She is survived by daughter Gwenn Collier McIntosh and husband Alex, grandson Eric G. McIntosh and wife Lara all of Houston, TX, son Joseph Gorman Collier and wife Susan of Pensacola FL, grandson Joseph Ray Collier of Honolulu, Hawaii and thirty-one nieces and nephews across the United States.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., February 9, 2017 at St. Dunstans's Episcopal Church, 14301 Stuebner Airline, Houston, TX 77069. In lieu of flowers a remembrance may be made to St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church.  Patsy's ashes will be scattered in the San Francisco Bay.
