Patricia Marie (Russell) Carpenter

Patricia (Tricia) was born March 12, 1952 in Houston, Texas to the late Bobby Russell Sr. and Jo Ann (Gillespie) Russell.  She graduated from Klein High School in 1970. Tricia was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top 12 of her class. Tricia was a proud Bearkat and loved her days at Klein High School with her many friends and classmates.

Shortly after graduation, Tricia married William (Bill) G. Carpenter.  While Bill was stationed in Germany as a member of the U.S. Army, Tricia was able to see many beautiful European cities and historical land marks.  After several years in Germany, they returned to Kansas and then back home to Houston. In 1977, Tricia and Bill were blessed with a son who they love deeply. Tricia was a talented baker and cake decorator for Safeway Food Market for many years.  Tricia accepted a new position with Klein ISD Food Service and has been with them for 30+ years. Tricia loved her family and friends and was everyone's number 1 support.  She loved children, the ocean, dogs, bluebonnets and yellow roses, old movies and westerns, and music.

Tricia passed peacefully on February 26, 2020 in Tomball, Texas.  She will be interred in the U.S. Veterans Cemetery with her husband. Tricia is preceded in death by her father Bobby Russell Sr., her mother Jo Ann (Gillespie) Russell, and her husband William (Bill) G. Carpenter.  Tricia is survived by her son Michael A. Carpenter, her brothers Bobby Russell Jr. and Dickie Russell Jr., her sisters Anna Jo Russell and Debra Russell, her niece Tracy (Porter) Supercinski and her husband Darrell, as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is already missed deeply by her family and friends.
