Pat Neff Lynch Jr. of Houston, Texas, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the age of 80.  Pat passed away peacefully with family by his side.

Pat Lynch Jr. was born in Houston, Texas on January 24, 1942, to Father Pat Lynch Sr. and Mother Jewel Lynch. The oldest of three sons, Pat graduated from Smiley High School in 1959. He joined the United States Navy and served on several different submarines during the Vietnam War era, serving a total of close to 20 years.  Upon leaving the military, Pat worked as a truck driver until his retirement.

Pat was a glorious, passionate, loving person to his family and friends and all of those around him.  He loved to hear and express his passion relating to the successes of his family.  He was, and always has been a person of kindness and tenderness…..as he encouraged and inspired us all to have fun and strive to be better in our lives.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Jewel Lynch and Pat Lynch Sr.; and wife Georgeanne Lynch.  He is survived by his brothers Tommy Lynch and wife Jaque Lynch; Mike Lynch and partner Wende Caha; children Patricia Parker and husband John Parker, Pat Lynch III and wife Connie Lynch, Tamara Reindl-Parris and husband Chris Parris and Mike Lynch and wife Vickie Lynch; grandchildren John Parker Jr., Megan Christensen, Justin Parker,  Lauren Lynch, Anna Lynch, Cory Reindl, Lannon Reindl, Dylan Lynch and Brianna Lynch; and great-grandchildren Sierra Parker, Jagger Parker, Kennedy Parker, Kaylynn Reindl and Coen Reindl.

A celebration of life is planned for Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Parris Family home from 2-6pm.

The private family service is planned for Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Willow Creek Cemetery, Tomball, Texas.

People wishing to honor Pat's life can make donations to the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars or Help Hospitalized Veterans.
