Paddy Joan Godwin's Obituary
Paddy, 85, of Spring, TX passed away on November 2, 2019. She was born in Grand Island, Nebraska on March 6, 1934 to Helen and Art Laubsch. She married the love of her life, Charles Godwin, on November 14, 1954.
She was a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She enjoyed caring for and spending time with her family, serving at church, gardening, knitting,crocheting and doing projects.
The Family; Sister, Julene Stallard & husband Wayne; Brother, Greg Laubsch & wife Fran; many Nieces and Nephews; Daughters, Kim Bland & Fred, Sherri Koss & husband Tracy; Granddaughters, Ashleigh Carnicelli & husband Mike, Lindsey Bland, Jennah Bland & Reed, Jordan Bland; Grandson, Jeff Koss & wife Jessica; Great Granddaughters, Aleigh, Reid & Wesleigh Schaeffer, Ava Koss; Great Grandsons, Sawyer & Eli Schaeffer, Brynleigh Carnicelli, Jeffrey Koss. She lived a blessed life and, although her family misses her, we will all find comfort in the thought that she has reunited with her loved ones, and is at peace with Jesus.
In lieu of flowers, Paddy's family requests that donations be made to the
Alzheimer's Association.
